EASY Biscuits-Christy

2 cups self-rising flour
generous pinch of salt

stir together

2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

stir JUST until mixed.

Knead lightly and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out and bake at 450 until golden brown.

These are the only biscuits that I can make!

I will sometimes add sage and chedder for cheesy herb biscuits.
